George Austin
George Austin is a second generation resident of Lee County who spent his career in the citrus industry. Mr. Austin is a retired citrus grower and former president of George H. Austin, Inc., a citrus procurement and hauling business. He served on the Florida Citrus Commission and as president of the Gulf Citrus Growers Association. Mr. Austin is a member and past chairman of the Board of Trustees of the First United Methodist Church in Fort Myers.
Thomas R. Cronin
Tom Cronin is a life-long resident of Southwest Florida. Mr. Cronin is Chairman of Flordeco, Inc., a real estate acquisition and development company and is the founder of four public companies. He has more than 30 years of experience with banking organizations and has served as a board member of several local community banks. Mr. Cronin has been an active participant in community activities including serving as president of the local Jaycees, United Way, YMCA, and the Fort Myers Community Hospital. He is an original founder of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and served as chairman of the Fort Myers Redevelopment Agency and Planning Board.
Patricia M. Heath, CPA
Patricia Heath is a certified public accountant and the chief financial officer for Interop Technologies located in Fort Myers, Florida. She previously served as chief financial officer for Wireless One Network and its affiliate companies. Ms. Heath has extensive accounting experience in the financial services industry, including working with numerous de novo banking organizations in Southwest Florida. Ms. Heath has served on the Board of Directors of United Way of Lee County since 1992 and is currently treasurer of the organization.
Thomas P. Hoolihan
Tom Hoolihan, a life-long resident of Florida and resident of Fort Myers since 1973, is a certified general contractor and a licensed real estate broker. He is very active in the community, currently serving on the board of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, as chairman of the Industrial Development Authority. Other positions held include past president of the Uncommon Friends Foundation, past president of the North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, the Public Schools Enrichment Partnership, Lee County Education Facilities Authority, and the Lee County Horizon Council. In addition, Mr. Hoolihan is on the International College Presidents Advisory Board, the Lee County Community Redevelopment Agency and the Lee County Charter Review Commission.
Thomas F. Kiesel
Tom Kiesel is an attorney with the firm Kiesel, Hughes & Johnston, where he specializes in real estate, contract law, banking related issues, and maritime law. He is a long-time Lee County resident and is a trustee for the Roman Catholic Church, Diocese of Lafayette.
Dr. Gerald Laboda
Dr. Laboda is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with Southwest Florida Oral & Facial Surgery which he founded in 1965. He was chairman of the Downtown Redevelopment Agency for the City of Ft. Myers, from 1995 to 2006 and now serves as chairman of the Ft. Myers Redevelopment Agency. Dr. Laboda is very active in the community, currently serving as past chairman of the Foundation for Lee County Schools and previously serving on the board of directors of Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation among other activities.
Marvin L. Metheny
Marvin Metheny is a certified public accountant with more than 35 years experience. He was president and owner of Metheny & Company, P.A., until it merged with the firm Hughes, Snell & Company, PA. Mr. Metheny has extensive experience providing consulting and auditing services to community banks and as a bank director, previously serving on the board of two local community banks. Mr. Metheny has been active in the community with the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, Family Health Centers, Southwest Florida Marine Institute, and Edison Ford Winter Estates Foundation.
Gary L. Tasman
Gary Tasman, is executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., a national land brokerage company. He is a Florida State Certified Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Tasman is a frequent speaker on commercial real estate trends and writes a newspaper column for the Cape Coral Breeze and The News-Press. He is a member of the Horizon Council of Lee County, the South Fort Myers Rotary Club, the Real Estate Investment Society and the Florida Chapter of Certified Commercial and Investment Members (CCIM). Mr. Tasman was a founding member of Lee County's Conservation 20/20 Land Trust and Stewardship Advisory Committee, and is the immediate past chairman for the Cape Coral Council for Progress.

Jerald L. Wallace
Jerry Wallace is the president and owner of J.L. Wallace Inc., a construction management and general contracting firm, and Royal Corinthian Homes, a custom residential home building company. Mr. Wallace is a director of the Lee Building Industry Association, the Christian Chamber of Commerce, and is past president and current board member of the Christian Outreach of Southwest Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor's of science degree in building construction and received an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Robert A. Wells, III
Robert Wells is involved in his family business which includes ownership of Cabbage Key and Tarpon Lodge, two historic resort locations on Pine Island. Previous to joining the family business, Mr. Wells was a divisional vice president in the municipal securities group at UBS Paine Webber in New York. Locally, Mr. Wells is active with the Edison-Ford Estate Foundation and is on the board of directors of the Pine Island Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Stephen R. Zellner
Dr. Zellner is the managing partner of Internal Medicine Associates, a Fort Myers medical practice he founded in 1974. Dr. Zellner served as President of Temple Beth-El in Cape Coral, Florida. Dr. Zellner has an active medical practice and has served as chairman of the board of directors of Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, a board on which he still participates.

Bruce A. Schultz
Bruce Schultz is president and chief executive officer of Southwest Capital Bancshares, Inc. and president and chief executive officer of Southwest Capital Bank. Mr. Schultz has more than 24 years of banking experience on the west coast of Florida. He is president of the Children’s Advocacy Center, district president of Edison College Foundation and president of the Uncommon Friends Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Lee County United Way, Lee County Public Schools Foundation and The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Schultz is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor's of science degree in finance.
David L. Robbins
David Robbins is the executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Southwest Capital Bancshares, Inc. and executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Southwest Capital Bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry and has organized several community banks where he served as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. Mr. Robbins is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor's of science degree.
